Our flagship offering, the Seven Peaks Performance Programme, helps clients gain clarity, build confidence, and find community. We are seeking an exceptional Assistant to help the CEO manage and grow this programme while providing general executive administrative support.
Role Overview:
This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in the success of the Seven Peaks Programme. The role combines program coordination, client engagement, lead generation, and executive support. You will work closely with the CEO to generate interest in the program, onboard participants, and provide high-quality administrative support to optimise his time and focus.
Key Responsibilities (with coaching, guidance and daily input from CEO):
1) Seven Peaks Programme Support
- Coordinate outreach efforts to attract CEOs and senior leaders, ensuring they understand the value of the Seven Peaks Performance Programme.
- Generate leads by identifying and engaging potential participants for the program’s assessment phase.
- Manage communications with prospective participants, including scheduling assessments and follow-ups.
- Support the CEO in crafting and delivering personalised outreach campaigns.
- Track and analyse outreach efforts, providing insights and recommendations to improve lead generation.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for CEOs joining the program.
2) Executive Administrative Support
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings and assessments to optimise productivity.
- Handle
- Prepare documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
- Conduct research and compile information for meetings and projects.
- Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks and project coordination as required.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Proven experience helping to run a cohort-based coaching program and supporting lead generation activities targeting senior leaders is a strict requirement. This must be demonstrated in your application.
Skills:
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior executives effectively.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and other social platforms for professional engagement.
Attributes:

- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
