JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced and skilled WordPress Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of WordPress, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching. This part-time role requires a commitment of 10 hours per week, with the potential for increased hours in the future.

Key Responsibilities
1. Training Delivery
*Provide online training sessions to clients, focusing on:
*Content editing within WordPress.
*Basic image editing for website use.
*Managing and handling form entries.
*Processing orders using WooCommerce.
2. Preparation of Training Materials
*Create engaging and informative training materials, including:
*Screen videos and step-by-step PDF guides using Komodo Decks.
*Complement the existing library of training resources.
*Leverage an off-the-shelf training library for which we hold a licence.
3. Client Engagement
*Deliver live training sessions via Microsoft Teams during the following hours:
*Monday to Thursday, 10:00 - 16:00 GMT (maximum three sessions per week, up to 1.5 hours each).
*Facilitate bookings through our online calendar system, ensuring adequate preparation time (minimum two days' notice).
4. Administrative Support
*Maintain and update training resources as needed.
*Provide feedback and tailored guidance to clients to enhance their website management skills.

Requirements
1. Technical Skills:
*Strong proficiency in WordPress administration.
*Basic image editing skills for web use.
*Familiarity with WooCommerce (preferred but not essential).
2. Teaching and Communication:
*Excellent English language and communication skills.
* Proven ability to deliver clear, engaging, and effective training sessions.
3. Software Proficiency:
*Ability to quickly learn new software tools, such as Komodo Decks.

Additional Details
1. Flexibility:
*Training material preparation can be completed at times convenient to the contractor.
2. Scheduling:
*Training sessions are pre-booked, ensuring advance notice and preparation time.
