Director of Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation

Job Title: Virtual Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
Location: Remote (Virtual Care for Patients Across Multiple Clinics)
Compensation: $500 - $1,500/month per patient

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) to join our forward-thinking healthcare team. This role is central to delivering comprehensive physical therapy programs via an online medium. The DPT will guide patients through every stage of their rehabilitation journey, supporting pain reduction and posture correction while complementing in-house chiropractic services. As part of a growing network, the DPT will initially manage patients from three clinics, with two additional clinics expected by the end of the year.

Key Responsibilities:

(1) Interpret Postural Analysis via PostureScreen virtual results in addition to medical hx and other clinically pertinent data
(2) Develop and manage individualized physical therapy programs using virtual platforms.
(3) Provide weekly updates to programs based on patients progress
(4) Oversee two primary phases of care:
Phase 1: Pain-Centered Rehabilitation: Reduce or eliminate pain in collaboration with in-house chiropractic services.
Phase 2: Postural/Corrective Rehabilitation: Enhance patients' posture and functional movement once pain is under
control.
(5) Conduct regular virtual check-ins with patients to monitor progress and adjust programming as necessary.
(6) Prescribe and demonstrate therapeutic exercises tailored to patients' needs.
(7) Maintain accurate patient records and documentation to ensure continuity of care.
(8) Collaborate with clinic teams to align physical therapy plans with broader treatment goals.

Qualifications:

Required:
(1) Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
(2) Active licensure to practice physical therapy in applicable states.
(3) Experience in designing and delivering virtual rehabilitation programs.

Preferred:
(1) Knowledge of postural and corrective exercise programming.
(2) Familiarity with integrative and chiropractic care.
(3) Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Work Environment:
(1) Manage patients from an initial three clinics, expanding to five clinics within the year.
