Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer

Key Responsibilities:
- Video Editing: Edit raw footage into engaging, on-brand videos optimized for various platforms (social media, ads, YouTube, etc.). Refine cuts, pacing, and flow to maintain storytelling integrity.

- Motion Graphics & Animation: Create dynamic motion graphics and animations that enhance video content. Design custom graphics, overlays, and effects that are both functional and visually appealing.

- Design Integration: Apply modern design principles to elevate every video’s visual appeal.

- Collaborate with our team to ensure brand consistency and alignment.

- Client Collaboration: Interpret creative briefs and feedback to produce content that exceeds client expectations.
Meet deadlines with precision and professionalism.

- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest design trends, video editing techniques, and software.
Proactively suggest creative ideas to elevate our video offerings.

Qualifications:
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop (Davinci Resolve is a plus).

- Advanced skills in creating motion graphics and animations.

- Design Skills: Excellent grasp of color theory, typography, composition, and other design principles.
Portfolio showcasing design-driven video projects and motion graphics work.

Soft Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow brand guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills, especially in interpreting feedback.
- Self-motivated with a commitment to deadlines.
- Can make decisions independently on the fly

Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in video editing and motion graphics.
- Proven track record of working on client projects and meeting high standards.
