Book keeper and transaction handler

I am looking for someone to track and audit all orders and invoices from customers. they will handle customer invoices and tracking of packages making sure all the goods are delivered without any errors. they will also itemize items by price per unit and use Google sheets to itemize suppliers info and records of the costs of each item. They will oversea about 15-20 different clients orders and ensure that the proper costs and products are being delivered.
