Lead Video Editor / Manager for Video Agency

WHO ARE WE:
We are a Podcast Agency dedicated to helping clients create and launch successful podcasts.

Position:
Full time - 40 Hours per week.
We need a YouTube-experienced Video Editor in Chief to oversee video edits & content to ensure top-quality. We also need you to be a LEADER for other editors in our team.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee video edits for quality and engagement.
• Manage of Team of 6-10 Video Editors and be a leader
• Ensure final videos meet brand standards (audio, visuals, pacing).
• Collaborate to improve content workflow.
• Lead creative strategies to boost performance.
