I’m Jesse, the CEO of Yoannidis Enterprise LLC. Over the past year, we’ve scaled our Amazon business to exceed $200K annually, thanks to the exceptional VAs and researchers who have joined our ranks. Now, we’re looking to push those numbers even higher—and that’s where YOU come in.
We’re seeking more than just another freelancer for a part-time gig. This is a full-time role for someone ready to commit exclusively to our team and play an integral part in our growth.
This is not a short-term assignment where you find a few products for us and move on. It’s a full-time position where you’ll dedicate approximately 40 hours per week to mastering product research, delivering results, and growing alongside us.

Primary Responsibilities (Full-Time Role, approx. 40 hrs/week):
Manually sourcing products for Online Arbitrage (OA).
Continuously improving sourcing efficiency through training and practice.
Recording product leads using Google Sheets.
Submitting daily progress reports via communication channels.
Maintaining a high level of attention to detail and following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Spending about 10 minutes daily reporting KPIs to track performance.
Being coachable and open to constructive feedback.
Proficiently using tools like Keepa and SellerAMP.
Demonstrating at least 6 months of hands-on product research experience (you will be tested).
Having a stable internet connection to ensure consistent workflow.

This Role Is NOT for You If:
You lack real-world product research experience (theory won’t suffice).
You’re unwilling to commit to a single company and prefer juggling multiple clients.
You’re resistant to working extra hours occasionally when the team needs you.
You dislike hard work, a fast-paced environment, or constructive feedback.
You’re not comfortable in a team setting where collaboration and accountability are key.

This Role IS for You If:
You have at least 2 years of real-world experience in Amazon product research.
You’re ready to commit exclusively to our team for at least 2+ years.
You value performance-based compensation and are motivated by the results you deliver.
You seek a long-term, mutually beneficial relationship with an employer who values loyalty and rewards your hard work.

Compensation:
Starting full-time pay: $400-$700 USD/month.
As you grow within the company, compensation can increase to $1,500-$2,500/month, with additional performance-based incentives.
Compensation is negotiable for candidates with extensive experience and proven results.
