We’re Hiring: Video Editor Wanted!

We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our team. This virtual role focuses on editing long-form YouTube videos and designing attention-grabbing thumbnails to drive viewer engagement. If you are detail-oriented, creative, and experienced in creating polished video content, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do (Your Role):
- Edit long-form YouTube videos to ensure high production value.
- Incorporate graphics, sound effects, music, and transitions to enhance video quality.
- Create engaging and visually appealing thumbnails tailored to each video.
- Collaborate with the content team to align video edits with the channel’s tone and vision.
- Manage multiple video projects, ensuring timely delivery of content.
- Maintain organized workflows, including file management and project archiving.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience editing long-form videos for YouTube or similar platforms (portfolio required).
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Strong skills in graphic design and thumbnail creation (e.g., using Adobe Photoshop or Canva).
- Ability to tell a compelling story through video edits and visuals.
- Familiarity with YouTube algorithms and best practices for optimizing video content.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote setting.

Working Hours:
40 hours per week.
Availability during Central Standard Time business hours is required.
