We’re looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Assistant to support a spiritual teacher and a music education business. This is a support role that requires exceptional English communication skills and advanced knowledge of Kajabi and essential digital marketing strategies. You’ll play a key role in building, managing, and optimizing online systems, ensuring smooth operations across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute Kajabi tasks, including:
- Segmentation, automation, and tagging.
- Building websites, landing pages, lead magnets, and funnels.
- Creating and managing email campaigns and sequences.
- Support the creation, organization, and delivery of digital courses and content.
- Assist with setting up and optimizing lead generation funnels and tracking analytics.
- Provide customer and tech support via email and other communication tools.
- Collaborate on marketing strategies to increase engagement and conversions.
- Ensure all workflows are efficient and functioning seamlessly.

Must-Have Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.
- Proven expertise in Kajabi, including automation, tagging, and funnel building.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, including email marketing, lead generation, and analytics.
- Experience in creating and managing websites, landing pages, and sales funnels.
- Ability to troubleshoot tech issues and provide timely support.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Familiarity with spiritual and/or music education spaces is a plus but not required.
- Must be highly resourceful, with exceptional skills in leveraging tools like ChatGPT and Google to find solutions, gather information, and problem-solve efficiently.
