JOB OVERVIEW

I’m looking for a reliable and experienced professional to assist with administrative tasks, manage my social media presence, and create visually appealing PowerPoint-style presentations using Canva. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, respectful, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities:

Virtual Assistant Tasks:

Managing emails, schedules, and other administrative duties

Organizing files and maintaining records

Supporting daily operations to keep things running smoothly


Social Media Management:

Creating and scheduling engaging posts for social media platforms

Interacting with followers and responding to comments/messages

Growing social media accounts by implementing effective strategies and staying on top of trends


Canva Design:

Creating professional and visually appealing PowerPoint-style presentations in Canva

Designing branded templates for presentations and social media content

Ensuring consistent branding across all materials



Requirements:

Proficiency in Canva for creating presentations and designs

Strong attention to detail

Professionalism and respectfulness in communication and work ethic

Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)

Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
