Responsibilities:
1. Bill Management:
Pay monthly property bills (electricity, gas, maintenance, etc.)
Track due dates for all bills and ensure timely payments to avoid late fees
Prepare and process bills for tenants (rent, utilities, maintenance costs)
Bill tenants back for water, sewer, and other shared services
Tenant Communication:
Issue invoices for rent and utility charges
Maintain clear records of all communications with tenants regarding payments and billing issues
Respond to tenant inquiries about billing or payment issues
Bookkeeping & Financial Management:
Keep accurate records of income and expenses related to the property
Reconcile accounts and update financial records regularly
Ensure all financial records are updated and organized for tax purposes or audits

Administrative Support:
Assist in property management tasks like lease tracking, property inspections, and repairs
Maintain tenant and property files (leases, payment histories, etc.)
Organize and update property-related documents and contracts
Skills Required:

Financial Acumen: Comfort with invoicing, billing, and handling financial documentation.
