We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Real Estate Cold Caller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making 500+ outbound calls daily to potential clients, identifying new leads, and generating interest in our real estate services. You will maintain detailed records of each interaction, follow up on qualified leads, and ensure that no opportunity is overlooked. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make Outbound Calls: Conduct 500 cold calls daily to potential leads (homeowners, buyers, sellers, etc.) to generate real estate opportunities.
• Lead Qualification: Qualify leads by gathering key information, assessing their real estate needs, and determining their level of interest.
• Accurate Record-Keeping: Maintain detailed notes on each call, including client responses, status updates, and next steps. Input all information into the CRM system.
• Lead Management: Organize and track leads in the CRM to ensure timely follow-up and follow through on all opportunities.
• Follow-Up: Consistently follow up with potential leads based on call outcomes and engagement to nurture relationships and close deals.
• Report Metrics: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets. Provide updates and reports on call outcomes, conversions, and opportunities.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to share insights and support lead conversion efforts.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales is a plus (preferably in real estate).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage potential leads effectively.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail for managing large volumes of leads and data.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other productivity tools.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude throughout the day.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize calls and follow-up tasks.
