Overview:
We seek a dynamic and results-driven Podcast Producer/Promoter to elevate our salesperson podcast to new heights. With over 1,000 episodes already published, our goal is to achieve a consistent listenership of at least 500 unique daily listeners. This role is perfect for someone passionate about podcasting, skilled in promotion, and eager to take ownership of a high-impact project.
Key Responsibilities:
Podcast Production & Management:
Oversee podcast episodes' production and publishing process, ensuring consistency and quality.
Coordinate with the host, guests, and technical team to maintain a seamless workflow.
Organize and optimize the back catalog of episodes for increased discoverability.
Promotion & Growth Strategy:
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to grow the podcast’s audience.
Leverage multiple platforms (social media,
Identify and build relationships with key influencers, partners, and communities to expand reach.
Monitor analytics and adapt strategies based on performance data.
Creative Content Development:
Create engaging promotional content, including audiograms, highlight reels, and visuals for social media.
To drive downloads and subscriptions, write compelling copy for episode descriptions,
Leadership & Ownership:
Take complete ownership of the project, managing the podcast’s promotional calendar and milestones.
Lead brainstorming sessions to explore new growth opportunities and implement innovative ideas.
Collaborate closely with the podcast host to align promotion efforts with the show’s goals and brand.
Audience Engagement:
Cultivate an active listener community by engaging with fans through social media, comments, and direct outreach.
Respond to feedback and reviews to foster a loyal audience base.
Requirements:
Proven experience in podcast production, promotion, or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of podcast platforms, especially Apple Podcasts and Spotify.
Proficiency in social media marketing, content creation, and audience engagement strategies.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Excellent project management and leadership skills, with a proactive, self-starter attitude.
Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for storytelling and audience connection.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in growing podcasts or digital media projects to substantial audience numbers.
Familiarity with the sales or real estate industries (aligned with the podcast’s target audience).
Knowledge of SEO and paid ad strategies for podcasts.
