We are a medico-legal company looking for a highly organized and efficient Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team. Candidates from top universities in the Philippines are highly encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate should have a fluent American accent, excellent communication skills, familiarity with marketing tools, and a medical background.
Responsibilities:
- Manage
- Assist with data entry, file organization, and document preparation.
- Take charge of some technical tasks, including website management, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Track and report on the company's marketing progress.
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Fluent American accent with exceptional verbal and written communication skills (no Filipino accent).
- Familiarity in marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Having a medical background is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
