To help us scale this vision, we’re seeking a Social Media Advocacy Strategist to lead efforts in crafting innovative, advocacy-driven campaigns that engage, inspire, and unite.

The Role
We’re looking for a creative, data-driven, and highly motivated Social Media Advocacy Strategist to oversee our social media platforms and develop a scalable content strategy. This role focuses on engaging five key groups: current clients, former clients, friends and family of clients, engaged community members, and unengaged community members. Your work will directly contribute to advocacy-driven growth, geographic scalability, and maximizing the firm’s impact.

This is an opportunity to take the lead in building campaigns that inspire action, educate audiences, and drive measurable results for our firm and the communities we serve.

What You’ll Do

Content Creation and Strategy:

• Design and execute a content calendar that engages and inspires key advocacy groups.
• Create compelling graphics, videos, and copy that align with our mission, values, and goals.
• Develop scalable campaigns tailored to different regions and demographics as we grow.
• Generate innovative ideas to foster brand advocacy and amplify our voice.
Engagement and Community Building:
• Actively engage with followers across platforms by responding to comments, messages, and discussions.
• Build and nurture online communities, including exclusive forums for clients and advocates.
• Collaborate with clients, attorneys, and community members to capture and share authentic stories.

Analytics and Paid Media:

• Plan, manage, and optimize targeted ad campaigns to expand reach and generate leads.
• Track and analyze advocacy-specific metrics, such as referral generation, audience engagement, and client testimonials.
• Provide actionable insights based on data to enhance strategy and refine campaigns.
Collaboration and Impact:
• Work closely with the Director of Advocacy Growth and Strategy, Community Engagement Specialist, and Client Advocacy Manager to align campaigns with firm-wide advocacy objectives.
• Partner with the marketing and video teams to create polished, high-quality content.
• Ensure that all campaigns reflect our mission of providing exceptional service and fostering advocacy.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience managing social media platforms for a brand or organization.
• Expertise in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) and video editing platforms (e.g., CapCut, Final Cut Pro).
• Strong knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics) and paid ad platforms.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• A balance of creativity and data-driven thinking.
• Experience in legal or professional services marketing is a plus.
