Job Title: Virtual Assistant for Imbue Capital Founder
Location: RemoteEmployment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Virtual Assistant to support the founder of Imbue Capital with a range of administrative tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a strong commitment to confidentiality and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
Report Generation:
Compile daily and weekly performance reports using data from various sources.
Analyze data for trends and insights, presenting them in an easily digestible format for strategic decision-making

Monitor and manage the founder's
Filter spam, organize
Document Management:
Organize, file, and maintain electronic documents, ensuring easy retrieval.
Manage document workflows including signatures, approvals, and archiving.
Travel Arrangements:
Plan and book travel accommodations including flights, hotels, and car services.
Prepare travel itineraries, manage expense reports, and ensure compliance with company travel policies.
General Administrative Support:
Conduct research as needed for projects or meetings.
Manage subscriptions, memberships, and other periodic administrative tasks.
Assist in preparing presentations or materials for meetings.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a virtual assistant or similar administrative role. Experience in a finance or investment environment preferred.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and CRM tools. Familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be adept at drafting professional
Organization: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail. Must be adept at using digital calendars for scheduling.
Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems, and make decisions within the scope of the role.
Confidentiality: Commitment to confidentiality with access to sensitive information.
Time Management: Strong capability to work under pressure and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
Additional Requirements:
Must have a reliable, high-speed internet connection and be comfortable working remotely.
Availability during core business hours, with flexibility for occasional outside hours due to international scheduling.
