Poker Player Support and Assistant

We are seeking a reactive and proactive Support Client Specialist to handle player-related tasks, including transfers, deposits, withdrawals, and real-time game alerts in the poker ecosystem. This role is critical to ensuring smooth operations and providing players with the best possible experience.

Responsibilities

Player Support:

Manage and process player deposits and withdrawals quickly and accurately.

Assist players with account-related inquiries and troubleshooting.

Accountability:

Track and report transactions and activities to maintain transparency.

Ensure accurate record-keeping of all player-related operations.



Real-Time Game Alerts:

Monitor game availability and identify high-value games in real time. (The process will be given to you). / Notify players promptly about good game opportunities.



Operational Assistance:

Coordinate with other tea ---------- mbers to ensure smooth workflows.

Support ad-hoc tasks related to player engagement and club operations.

Requirements

Familiarity with the Poker Ecosystem: A basic understanding of the online poker ecosystem ,
poker rules , is mandatory.

High Reactivity: Ability to respond quickly to tasks and alerts without requiring long, consecutive working hours.

Availability: Must be free during key times to manage tasks and provide support promptly.

Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to interact with players and tea ---------- mbers effectively.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using online tools, apps, and communication platforms.
