Sales Representative for Medical Cann Products (Female)

About Us:
We are a mid-scale pharmacy and Australia’s 1st compounding pharmacy specializing in medical cannabis solutions designed to enhance patient care and promote well-being. We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Sales Representative to introduce our finished products to pharmacies, clinics, and healthcare facilities across the region.

Job Responsibilities:
* Identify and generate leads for potential partner pharmacies, clinics, and healthcare institutions.
* Call and engage with potential leads, introducing them to our products and collaboration opportunities.
* Schedule and conduct video calls to explain partnership details and product benefits.
* Present and discuss the two collaboration options:

Option 1: For Pharmacies:
• Bulk-buy products at a lower price.
• Offer initial free telehealth consults for customers, with prescriptions valid for six months.
• Pharmacies can mark up and sell products to customers, earning profits with no extra cost to the pharmacy or the
customer for the initial consult.
• Follow-up consultations cost $89 after six months.

Option 2: For Clinics/Doctors:
• Introduce products to patients and issue prescriptions.
• Optionally, we can assist with script issuance, and customers can buy directly from the clinic or our pharmacy.
• Clinics/doctors can purchase products at a lower price and mark them up.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our products.

Qualifications and Requirements:
* Requirement: Female with a pleasing personality and excellent communication skills.
* Language: Fluent in English with a strong command of both written and spoken communication.
* Workspace: Professional and clean background for video calls, ensuring a distraction-free environment.
* Equipment: Own a laptop/desktop with fast and reliable internet connectivity.
* Experience: Proven experience in lead generation, contact outreach, and sales.
* Sales Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close partnerships.
