Lead Generation - Cold Caller

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Virtual Assistant from the Philippines to join our real estate team as a Cold Caller. This role is essential for generating leads and supporting our growth through effective outreach and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound cold calls to potential real estate leads during USA daytime hours.
Utilize provided scripts and adapt approaches based on team feedback.
Maintain and update client information in our CRM system.
Participate in weekly tea ---------- etings to refine calling techniques and share insights.
Qualifications:

Proven experience making real estate cold calls.
Coachable and eager to learn new calling strategies.
Comfortable working collaboratively with a team.
Reliable internet and VPN service, with the ability to use a local USA phone number.
Proficient in CRM/database management.
