Video Editor (VSL, UGC, Image ads etc.)

I am looking for a Video Editor (VSL, UGC, Image ads etc.)
- Capcut / Adobe Premiere Pro / other editing software - minimum 2 years of active usage
- Motion graphic skills. (e.g. After effects) - minimum 2 years of active usage
- 3D modeling and animation skills is a plus!

My business is in the health niche so I am looking for someone who has a good sense of finding the right stock footage and also creating (or sourcing) medical, scientific animations. (This is a must.)
Copywriting skills are not necessary as I will provide the copy and the plan for the scenes.

Working time: 2-4 hours per day
Wage: $5.95/hour
