About The Role
You’ll be speaking to people who have already expressed interest in one of our courses. You will be finding out why they made their enquiry, run them through the course details & assisting them through the enrolment process. NO COLD CALLING involved, all warm leads!

What We Are Looking For

Ability to build rapport with customers and engage with people well over the phone
Ability to communicate in a clear and confident manner
Someone who enjoys being a part of a team and working closely in a group environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Able to multitask, retain information, and work well under pressure
A 'can do' attitude
Happy to assist with whatever is required and a team player
An enthusiastic individual with previous telesales, customer support and/or beauty experience
A go-getter who thrives off meeting and exceeding targets
Someone who enjoys being a part of a team and working closely in a group environment
Available to work Saturdays if required

Wage: TBC - Base + Commission

The Hours (Melbourne, Australia & Toronto, Canada)

Monday 10 am – 7 pm
Tuesday-Thursday 11 am - 7 pm
Friday – 10 am – 5 pm
Short Saturday shifts may be required from time to time
