WordPress Plugin Developer Needed ASAP

I need a WordPress developer to finish a plugin that is 95% Done.
The Script is an online Media Converter.

What is left to do:

1. Add .3GP BlackBerry Video to Parser/Converter
2. Delete some Graphics in Pro Version Admin
3. Add MAC Effect form Skin & Blue Status Bar for Pro Version.

Winner of this project will also be awarded the monthly maintenance contract of the script and WP updates.
