I need an affiliate or digital marketing expert who is able to drive consistent and qualified traffic (small business owners) to our company's website.?

We offer a SaaS product designed for brick and mortar small businesses in the retail, quick service and full service restaurant industries.
We seek to target the owner of these small businesses.
The task of this project is to drive qualified traffic to our website - qualified in the sense that they have decided they want to learn more about our product.
We do not wish to use paid or organic business category search terms to drive these leads directly to our site. The traffic could come via these methods but this job does not involve ranking for popular keywords used within our industry.?
