PART TIME COPYWRITER

We are a small online coaching business looking for an experienced part-time COPYWRITER to help us grow by crafting high-quality written content that engages, converts, and communicates our brand voice effectively.

The ideal candidate will be able to work remotely and have experience writing compelling content, including email campaigns, sales pages, blog posts, social media captions, and podcast-related materials.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Write podcast episode descriptions that capture attention and encourage downloads.
Write podcast episode titles that are catchy and optimized for engagement.
Craft 250-character podcast blurbs summarizing the episode’s highlights.
Develop email assets for each podcast episode, including subject lines, preview text, and body copy.
Create resource lists from podcast interviews (e.g., books, links, tools, or mentioned resources).
Edit and proofread existing content for clarity, grammar, and consistency.

Skills Requirements:

3+ years of professional copywriting experience (bonus if for coaching or personal development businesses).
Proven experience writing high-converting sales copy.
Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or ConvertKit).
Experience working as a virtual assistant or freelancer for a US-based company.
Knowledge of ClickUp (or similar task management software like Asana or Monday) is a plus.
This is a part-time position and a new role within our company. You’ll help shape the job description as we go. Initially, we expect the workload to be around 10 hours per week, with the potential to grow as the business grows.

While we are based in the Mountain time zone in the USA, it isn’t necessary for you to complete the work during those hours. However, you may occasionally need to meet via Zoom at a time that works for both time zones.
