Creative YouTube Video Editor Needed

Are you a video editor with a passion for storytelling and creative design? We’re looking for someone who loves creating impactful video content to help grow our YouTube channel and social media presence. While your primary focus will be on video editing, this role also offers opportunities to learn new skills and contribute to other aspects of our business.

WORK SCHEDULE:
We’re looking for full-time help Monday to Friday, but the exact hours are flexible. We only need an hour or two of overlap with your workday for collaboration (we are in USA Pacific Time Zone).

SALARY:
$600/month + benefits with a value of up to $1,700/year (see details below)

YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
-Editing raw video footage into creative, engaging YouTube videos.
-Crafting eye-catching, effective thumbnails.
-Managing affiliate and call to action links for YouTube videos.
-Repurposing videos into short-form clips for social media.
-Turning video transcripts into blog posts with images (WordPress & Chat GPT).
-Generating creative social media posts on a regular schedule.
-Editing punchy video clips from our media library for use in our membership site.

VIDEO SKILLS YOU'LL NEED:
-Adobe Premiere Pro: Proficiency in video editing software is essential.
-Storytelling: Developing a compelling hook, maintaining a strong theme, and crafting an impactful call to action.
-Seamless Transitions: Creating smooth video and audio transitions.
-Audio Post-Production: Enhancing sound quality for clear, polished results.
-Color Correction: Adjusting visuals for the desired effect when needed.
-Subtle Graphics: Using graphics that add value without distracting from the content.
-Background Music: Choosing music that complements and enhances our style.

OTHER SKILLS THAT WOULD BE HELPFUL:
-Graphic Design (Photoshop).
-Basic WordPress experience (we can train you in)
-Zoom proficiency (for occasional collaboration or tea ---------- etings).
-Asana (we can train you in)

REQUIREMENTS:
-Good computer and internet for quickly downloading, processing, and uploading large HD video files
-Fluent in English.
