JOB OVERVIEW

ABOUT INUMIN MEDIA
Inumin Media is a digital marketing agency helping businesses grow through paid ads, content, and website systems. Our clients run Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram Ads. You will manage campaigns, handle tracking setups, fix attribution issues, and deliver clear performance reporting.

This role requires strong technical skill, clear thinking, and fast execution. You must be comfortable working inside Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GTM, GA4, and GSC.

ROLE OVERVIEW
You will own ad strategy, campaign setup, technical tracking, optimization, creative direction, and reporting. You must understand how traffic, tracking, and conversions work together. You will support both Inumin Media and our clients across various industries.

You must be comfortable working during Alberta, Canada business hours for alignment calls.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

CAMPAIGN STRATEGY
• Build advertising strategies based on client goals
• Break down campaigns into simple actionable plans
• Conduct keyword research, audience research, and competitor analysis
• Proactively recommend improvements to performance, tracking, and funnels

CAMPAIGN SETUP
• Launch and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and IG campaigns
• Set up campaign structures, budgets, targeting, placements
• Write headlines, descriptions, and primary text
• Build custom audiences, remarketing audiences, and lookalikes
• Create ad variations and request creative assets when needed

TECHNICAL SETUP & TRACKING (CRITICAL DUTY)
You must fully own all tracking and event configuration:
• Build and configure new GTM containers
• Set up GA4 events, parameters, conversions
• Configure Google Ads conversion tracking
• Implement Meta Pixel and CAPI
• Build custom event triggers (form submissions, button clicks, add-to-cart, checkout steps, lead forms, quizzes, scroll depth)
• Use DebugView, GTM Preview, and Test Events to confirm functionality
• Connect GA4, Google Ads, GTM, and GSC
• Build Looker Studio dashboards
• Troubleshoot attribution discrepancies
• Maintain documentation for each client setup

OPTIMIZATION
• Review performance daily
• Optimize bids, budgets, keywords, audiences
• Split test creatives, headlines, hooks, and angles
• Fix weak links in funnels (landing pages, load speed, messaging)
• Improve CTR, CPA, ROAS, and overall conversion flow

REPORTING
• Build weekly performance reports
• Provide clear explanations and next-steps
• Highlight what worked, what failed, and what needs improvement
• Present results internally or to clients when needed

COLLABORATION
• Work with the creative team when new visuals or videos are required
• Provide clear instructions and samples for ad creators
• Communicate with the team using Loom videos, messages, and meetings

REQUIREMENTS

EXPERIENCE
• 2+ years running active Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
• Strong hands-on experience with GTM, GA4, conversion events, and debugging
• Experience managing budgets of at least $1,000–$10,000 per month
• Experience handling multiple accounts at once
