Graphics/Website Designer Needed for WordPress Platform

I need a very good Graphic Designer that can create and code WordPress Templates. I will be giving you a video explaining what kind of template I want and how I want it to look, and I need you to be able to design it form scratch and work with wordpress + plugins.

This job will include more than just graphic design/ template coding, I will need you to do lots of work within wordpress: editing pages, adding pages, sorting pages into categories and so on. But the most important job is the graphic design/template coding.

If you are interested, I need you to send me work you have done in the past. Send me template you have done from scratch for wordpress. Send me examples of graphics you have done as well and any websites.

I am very generous. I will give good bonuses if I like how your work.
