Content Manager/Writer for Online Community

We are a content company that makes short-form/TikTok & Instagram videos for a social media brand within the business, entrepreneur niche. We have a Skool community called The School of Mentors full of entrepreneurs that pay a monthly membership fee to be a member of the community - this requires us to manage video and written content offered to the community members such as courses, live call recordings, posting announcements, and more. We need help managing this content and delivering it on the Skool platform.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education & Experience:
-- Experience as a Copywriter will be very beneficial for this job
-- Previous experience in copywriting or content management, ideally in an online or community setting.
-- Bonus if you have experience with the Skool Platform

Technical Skills:
-- Proficiency in email communication and direct messaging platforms (e.g., Gmail, Skool DMs, Slack, ---------- ).
-- Familiarity with content hosting sites like Vimeo, Wistia, YouTube.
-- Ability to Write Content Online on a blog site.

Communication Skills:
-- Can speak and write English fluently (REQUIRED)
-- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Time Management:
-- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
-- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workloads.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Announcement Writing:
-- Write Announcements for us to post to our community regarding information about our upcoming live calls and workshops, when new content is available in the classroom, or for announcing our Top Members.

Upload Content to the Community
-- Upload our live call or workshop recordings to Vimeo/Wistia
-- Upload our live call or workshop recordings from Vimeo/Wistia to Skool Community Platform
--Upload Exclusive Content Videos from Our Editing Team to Vimeo/Wistia, then Skool Platform when necessary
--Upload Courses from Our Editing Team to Vimeo/Wistia, then Skool Platform when necessary

Copywriting
--Write Copy for call recordings for when members come to watch the recordings
--Write Copy for new courses or exclusive content we upload to the classroom
--Write content for 2 founders daily posts on Skool platform

Timestamp Recording
--Write Timestamps for our live call recordings, workshop recordings or courses so members can find the content they need
