VA for Podcast Editing NEEDED! (part time) (experience required)

I'm looking for a VA who has previous experience in Podcast EDITING!. I need someone who can be FAST and effective.
You must be able to add music, adapt volume, put in intro's, cut out parts and make an mp3-file for publishing.
On top of that too many Ahm's shall be cut out and too long talking breaks shall be shortened.
I need my podcast to look more professional.
