PRE REQ PROCESS:
We will be screening and looking for someone that has the right fit for our team. This will be
an initial search, from there we will ask to you to complete a drafting test for all candidates to observe for your skills before hiring! If you are not comfortable you will be ineligible for this role. We MUST test your ability first, as this is our CORE metric for understanding if you have the ability to complete the task


*Job Summary:*
We are seeking a skilled Drafter to join our team and play a vital role in creating accurate and detailed technical drawings for our Residential construction and design projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with architects, engineers, and designers to produce blueprints, layouts, and diagrams that align with project specifications and local building codes. This position requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in drafting software, and a collaborative mindset.

*Key Responsibilities:*
•? ?Develop detailed drawings and blueprints using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) based on specifications provided by architects and engineers.
•? ?Modify existing designs to meet project requirements, ensuring all updates are accurately documented.
•? ?Ensure all drawings comply with applicable building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards.
•? ?Collaborate with project teams to clarify design requirements and resolve discrepancies.
•? ?Interpret and analyze sketches, notes, and other input from tea ---------- mbers to produce clear and precise drawings.
•? ?Create and maintain a library of design templates for future projects.
•? ?Assist in preparing permit applications and supporting documentation.
•? ?Conduct field visits to gather measurements and other critical data as needed.
•? ?Maintain a strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and best practices.

*Qualifications:*
•? ?Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
•? ?Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools) is required.
•? ?Strong understanding of technical drawings, blueprints, and architectural standards.
•? ?Knowledge of local building codes and construction processes is preferred.
•? ?Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
•? ?Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
•? ?Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
