Youtube/Social Media Manager

I am looking to hire 1 skilled YouTube channel manager that can help with the following:

1- Video Editing (without AI). Long and short form. You MUST be proficient with this.
2- Writing Titles, Tags, descriptions, and chapter names. You may use AI for up to 25% of this work
3- SEO - you must have expertise with SEO in TubeBuddy.
4- You will help me plan content based on SEO Keyword Searches.
5- You will consistently create catchy thumbnails for long form videos
6- You will upload and manage my content.
7 Review analytics with me on a weekly basis
8- You will stay on top of social media marketing trends
