Great Pay for Video Editor!

Hello,

I am looking for a full time Video Editor / Thumbnail Creator for my YouTube Channel.

I am looking for someone who is experienced in editing YouTube specific videos and YouTube thumbnails.

I would like someone who understands how to edit an engaging video that will increase watch time on my channel by adding in necessary elements such as sounds, text, infographics, transitions, panning, etc. that will make the video more entertaining without me having to give you much input.

I am also looking for someone who understands the necessary elements to creating a YouTube thumbnail that people will want to click on.

I am looking for someone who can edit the video, figure out the main point of the video, and know what to put on the thumbnail without me having to tell them and without me having to give you much input.

I would like someone who can edit one quality video and create a thumbnail for that video in one 8 hour shift or less.

You can work any 8 hour shift, 5 days per week that you would like. Pay for this position is $350 per month with the opportunity to move up in the future.

Expectations
- $350 monthly
- 12 long-form videos monthly (8-12 min)
- 3 short-form videos (about 1 min) per long-form video
- Paid trial run for the first 1-2 videos

Job Position
Videos will be 8-12 minutes long (sometimes longer)
3 edited videos a week (this varies)
Pay is given bi-weekly and will be $175 usd ($350 usd monthly)

Job Requirements
1. Fast turnaround time 24-48 hours
2. Good understanding of storytelling and YouTube retention - Please give me examples of your work showing what makes a good video using editing techniques and storytelling tactics.
