JOB OVERVIEW

Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Marketing Data Analyst to join our marketing team. This role will focus on analyzing marketing performance, providing actionable insights, and supporting data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate is proficient in working with large datasets, interpreting marketing KPIs, and contributing to the optimization of campaigns and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis:

Analyze data from marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, paid ads, and website traffic.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, and conversion rates.
Reporting:

Create dashboards and detailed reports to visualize marketing performance.
Present actionable insights to stakeholders to improve campaign effectiveness.
Campaign Optimization:

Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within campaign data.
Recommend optimizations for targeting, messaging, and channel allocation.
Data Management:

Ensure data accuracy by conducting regular audits and cleaning datasets.
Manage and integrate data sources, including CRM, automation platforms, and analytics tools.
Market Insights:

Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities.
Support segmentation and audience analysis to refine targeting strategies.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Experience:
2-4 years of experience in marketing analytics or a related role.
Proven ability to analyze large datasets and provide actionable insights.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or Looker.
Experience with SQL, Python, or R for data analysis is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in SaaS or digital marketing.
Familiarity with attribution models and multi-touchpoint analysis.
Advanced knowledge of marketing metrics and ROI analysis.
