About Us:
We are two family-oriented companies, a tax firm and an accounting firm, dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. We are looking for a Client Service Manager who is passionate about customer service and eager to grow with us in a dynamic and evolving environment.

Position Overview:
The Client Service Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of client services. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of customer service principles, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Manage and maintain client communication platforms, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Oversee calendar management using Calendly, scheduling meetings, and coordinating with clients and internal teams.
- Utilize TaxDome and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to manage client information and prepare presentations.
- Assist in the preparation of tax documents and accounting reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to identify and onboard new clients.
- Train and supervise client service representatives, ensuring they provide high-quality service.
- Monitor and report on client service metrics, identifying areas for improvement.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a client service or customer service role.
- Proficiency in TaxDome and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and calendar management skills, with experience using Calendly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of tax preparation and accounting is preferred but not required.
- Ability to adapt to a growing and changing company environment.
- Willingness to work during EST hours.
