About Wyzer Staffing:
Wyzer Staffing partners with law firms to provide skilled legal professionals, helping streamline operations and drive client success. Our CEO is seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant to support daily tasks and assist with projects related to Wyzer Staffing.

Position Overview:
We are looking for an intelligent, flexible, and hard-working Virtual Assistant to work directly with the CEO of Wyzer Staffing. The ideal candidate is eager to learn and grow within the role, bringing a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset to each task. This role involves managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and handling various business-related projects. At Wyzer Staffing, we value being team players and fostering a positive, collaborative working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support: Manage the CEO's email inbox, prioritize important communications, and respond to routine inquiries.
2. Calendar Management: Schedule and organize meetings, calls, and appointments, sending reminders to optimize time management.
3. Project Assistance: Assist with tasks and projects related to Wyzer Staffing, including research, data entry, and document preparation.
4. Client Coordination: Communicate with clients, schedule meetings, and help maintain strong client relationships.
5. Document Management: Organize and maintain digital files, ensuring quick access to necessary information.
6. Task Management: Track ongoing tasks, follow up on deadlines, and provide regular status updates to the CEO.
7. Supportive Collaboration: Contribute to a positive work environment by being a reliable team player, open to helping wherever needed.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a virtual assistant, executive assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
2. Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
3. Intelligent and adaptable, with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and task management tools (Asana, Trello, etc.).
6. Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and remain flexible with changing priorities.
7. Familiarity with legal or staffing industries is a plus, but not required.
