Interior Designer

Coast Life Companies is seeking a skilled Interior Designer who can bring innovative ideas and a keen eye for detail to our projects. The successful candidate will collaborate with our design and development teams to create interior layouts, select materials, and develop concepts that enhance our properties' overall functionality and aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and present interior design concepts and mood boards for mixed-use commercial projects
-Create detailed interior layouts, furniture plans, and material specifications using design software
-Select furniture, fixtures, finishes, and materials that align with project budgets and aesthetics
-Collaborate with architects and project managers to integrate interior designs with overall project plans
-Research and recommend sustainable, durable, and cost-effective materials.
-Revise designs and layouts based on feedback and evolving project requirements
-Stay updated on industry trends and integrate them into project designs
-Maintain organized project documentation and material libraries

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
-Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in interior design
-Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other relevant tools
-Strong understanding of space planning, color theory, and material selection
-Excellent writtena and verval communication skills
-Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment
-Demonstrates integrity, honesty, and professionalism in all aspects of work
-Portfolio showcasing previous interior design projects (required).
