Real Estate SMS Campaign Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented SMS Marketing Specialist with exceptional written English communication skills to manage and execute high-volume text message campaigns. The role involves sending approximately 5,000 texts daily, managing the SMS inbox, and ensuring every interaction is well-written, courteous, and engaging.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and send high-volume SMS marketing campaigns using SmarterContact or similar platforms.
• Manage and respond to incoming messages promptly and professionally.
• Categorize and label leads using a systematic approach (e.g., “Not Interested,” “Offer Needed,” etc.).
• Track campaign performance and suggest improvements for increased engagement.
• Ensure compliance with texting regulations and avoid carrier spam filters by following specific guidelines.
• Communicate with the sales team regarding potential leads.

Qualifications:
• Experience managing SMS marketing campaigns (SmarterContact experience is a plus).
• Strong written English communication skills with attention to tone and clarity.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with lead management systems and CRM tools.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
• Knowledge of compliance best practices for SMS marketing.
