Job Opportunity: Prescription Management Specialist

Are you detail-oriented, organised, and knowledgeable about medical prescriptions? Our clinic is seeking a Prescription Management Specialist to play a vital role in ensuring accurate and efficient prescription management for our doctors and patients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise directly with pharmacies to coordinate and manage prescription needs.
- Reconcile prescriptions to maintain accuracy and compliance with patient records.
- Prepare and organise scripts for doctor review and approval, ensuring smooth workflows.
- Work collaboratively with our internal team to deliver scripts to pharmacies on time.

About You:
- Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail and organization.
- A solid understanding of medical terminology and prescription processes.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with pharmacies, doctors, and clinic staff.
- Experience in a medical or pharmaceutical setting is preferred.

Requirements:
- Prior experience in pharmacy or medical preferred.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical terminology.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
