Video Editor for Podcasts and Creative Vlogs

We are looking for a skilled and creative Video Editor to join our team. Your role will include editing long-form podcasts, integrating vlog footage into episodes, creating engaging vlogs, and producing short-form content for social media. We want someone who understands storytelling, knows how to craft viral content, and is constantly improving their skills.

Key Responsibilities
1. Edit Long-Form Podcasts
• Ensure the conversation flows smoothly by cutting unnecessary parts.
• Creatively integrate vlog footage into podcast episodes to enhance storytelling and engagement.
• Deliver polished episodes that captivate viewers and listeners.
2. Create Short-Form Viral Clips
• Find the most impactful ---------- nts from podcasts and vlogs.
• Edit clips with hooks, captions, and effects for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
3. Produce Hype Trailers
• Create exciting and visually engaging trailers to promote episodes or projects.
4. Edit Vlog Content
• Transform raw footage into creative and cohesive vlogs.
• Identify key ---------- nts for short-form content repurposing.
5. Manage Projects
• Handle a large library of footage and consistently meet deadlines.
• Stay organized and maintain a high level of quality in all edits.

Qualifications
• Strong Editing Skills
• Experience with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Knowledge of audio editing, color grading, and video formats for social media.
• Fluency in English
• Excellent understanding of conversational flow and how to keep viewers engaged.
• Creative Thinking
• Ability to hook viewers within the first few seconds.
• Strong understanding of what makes content go viral and how to edit for impact.
• Passion for Improvement
• Always looking to refine your craft and create the best content possible.
• Obsessed with storytelling and creative content creation.
