What You’ll Do
• Meta Ads Lead Generation:

Launch and optimize campaigns to attract affluent homeowners within 20 miles of Los Angeles.
Track CTR, CPL, conversion rates, and propose new audiences or creative angles when results lag.
• Funnel Building & Optimization:

Use GoHighLevel (GHL) or Unbounce to design and manage landing pages.
Set up nurturing sequences—potentially with n8n if you’re into deeper automations—to guide leads from quiz takers to scheduled consultations.
• Daily Reporting & Idea-Sharing:

Send concise end-of-day updates: tasks done, any obstacles, next steps, plus any “light-bulb” ideas for new marketing angles or expansions.
Help document processes so we can replicate successes.
• Influence the Bottom Line:

Contribute ideas that stretch beyond just ad metrics—if you see an opportunity for new offers, cross-sell bundles, or expansions, we want to hear it!
Brainstorm with us on how to evolve our brand beyond just bath remodels without losing our luxury positioning.
Qualifications
• Proven Meta Ads Skills: At least 1 year managing lead-gen campaigns with a minimum of $3k monthly spend.
• Funnel & Automation Know-How: Familiarity with GHL, Unbounce, or willingness to learn quickly; n8n is a plus.
• Collaborative & Creative Mindset: Comfortable proposing new growth ideas, not just following tasks.
• Good English Communication: To update us daily and discuss strategies openly.
• High-End Audience Experience (Nice to Have): If you’ve marketed to affluent demographics before, that’s a bonus.

Compensation & Growth
• Hourly Rate: $5–$7/hour, depending on your experience and initiative.
• Opportunity to Expand: Start part-time, move to full-time if there’s a strong fit. The more creative and effective your ideas, the more responsibilities (and benefits) you can earn.
