Part-Time Web Developer

We are looking for a talented and meticulous WordPress Web Developer to join our team part-time. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who takes pride in producing high-quality work, maintaining brand integrity, and understanding the intricacies of our businesses.

Your primary focus will be maintaining and enhancing our websites, which are built using WordPress and the Elementor page builder. You’ll also work closely with us to align website updates with our overall business strategies, ensuring seamless integration with articles, speeches, books, and other marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Update and maintain six key websites:

Build and design new web pages using WordPress and Elementor.
Ensure all updates align with the brand’s identity and maintain its integrity.
Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO.
Collaborate on strategies to drive traffic and engagement back to the websites.
Integrate multimedia elements, press releases, articles, and other promotional content into the websites.
Troubleshoot and resolve any website issues promptly.
Maintain a keen attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality results.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a WordPress developer with extensive knowledge of the Elementor page builder.
Strong understanding of responsive design, SEO optimization, and website performance enhancement.
Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal).
A meticulous eye for detail and high standards for quality.
Familiarity with online marketing strategies, including linking speeches, books, and articles back to websites.
Experience with website analytics tools like Google Analytics.
Ability to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines consistently.
Familiarity with the following industries or themes is a plus: coaching, community building, health, flooring, and fractional COO services.
