Seeking Full-Time Amazon Wholesale VA

We’re looking to hire one full-time Wholesale Virtual Assistant who will undergo a 2-week paid trial period ($100) before being brought on as a full-time tea ---------- mber. This is more than just a VA role—we are building a strong wholesale distribution operation and want someone serious about growth and long-term collaboration.

Job Responsibilities:

Find 40 wholesale brands/distributors to contact each day.

Submit contact forms, send emails, and organize data.

Utilize tools like Keepa, SellerAmp, Analyzer.tools, smartscout and Google Sheets for evaluation.

Source and organize catalogs from brands/distributors.

Keep track of inventory levels and schedule restocks as needed.

Build, follow, and maintain SOPs.

Take ownership of daily outreach goals.

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of experience in Amazon wholesale sourcing (more is better).

Strong knowledge of sourcing, reverse sourcing, distributor/brand outreach.

Proven experience using Keepa and SellerAmp.

Fluent written English for sending emails.

Full-time availability (40 hrs/week).

Compensation & Benefits:

$450 USD monthly base salary.

Bi-weekly payments.

4 PTO days per month.

Holidays off.

Opportunity for bonuses.

$25 USD monthly wellness stipend.

Bonus: $10 for every $1,000 spent based on your leads.

2-week paid trial ($100).
