Business Automation Engineer | AI Voice Agent developer | Prompt Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

1. AI Agent Setup: Configure and deploy AI voice agents using platforms like VAPI and Voiceflow.
Customize agents to meet client-specific needs, including appointment management and call workflows.
Workflow Automation:

Design and manage workflows using tools like ---------- to streamline operations for both clients and the internal team.
Ensure integration with platforms like Google Calendar, Google Sheets, and other business tools.

2.API Integration: Integrate third-party APIs, including Twilio, for call routing, phone number management, and message handling.
Work with ---------- and other lead generation platforms to pull and organize client data into systems like Notion or Google Sheets.

3.Client Support: Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and provide technical support for AI agent deployment.
Troubleshoot and optimize existing workflows to enhance performance and scalability.

4. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear documentation of workflows, API integrations, and client-specific solutions.
Track project progress and report key metrics to stakeholders.

Requirements:
1. Technical Skills: Proficiency in API integration and working knowledge of RESTful APIs.
Experience with platforms like Zapier, ---------- , Voiceflow, and VAPI.
Familiarity with Twilio, Calendly, Google Sheets, and other business tools.
Basic coding knowledge (e.g., Python, JavaScript) to make minor code adjustments as needed.

2. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in backend development , automation engineering and Prompt Engineering.
Previous work with AI tools or platforms is a plus.

3.Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with non-technical teams and clients.
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
