JOB OVERVIEW

Role Summary
The Creative & Content Designer is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing visual assets that support sales outreach, marketing campaigns, and overall brand consistency. This role focuses on creating compelling B2B marketing materials, brand guidelines, and both digital and print assets.

Hours & Schedule
- 36 hours per week (once fully ramped)
- Structured 6-week ramp-up period:
- Weeks 1-2: 2 hours/day, 6 days/week
- Week 3: 3 hours/day
- Week 4: 4 hours/day
- Week 5: 5 hours/day
- Week 6: 6 hours/day

Compensation
$5-10 USD per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Consistency & Visual Identity
- Maintain and evolve company brand guidelines
- Create comprehensive brand guidelines for automotive dealerships
- Ensure all assets maintain consistent brand standards

2. Marketing & Sales Collateral Design
- Produce graphics, brochures, and slide decks
- Design email templates, social media graphics, and ad creatives
- Create digital advertising sets for multiple platforms

3. Content Creation & Asset Management
- Design and manage visual assets for web, social, and print
- Maintain organized digital asset library
- Create and optimize product screenshots and marketing visuals

4. Landing Page & Web Design Support
- Design layout mockups for landing pages
- Collaborate with development team on implementation
- Provide CSS/HTML suggestions when needed (Plus)

5. Video & Motion Graphics (Nice to Have)
- Basic video editing for product demos
- Simple motion graphics for social media
- Text overlay and graphic animation

6. Collaboration & Project Management
- Work closely with sales, customer success, and development teams
- Incorporate stakeholder feedback while maintaining design integrity
- Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Required Skills & Portfolio Requirements

Must demonstrate experience with:
1. Design Tools
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator required)
- Canva
- Figma (preferred)
- Video editing software (plus)

2. Portfolio Must Include Examples Of:
- Complete brand guideline projects
- Digital advertising campaigns
- Email templates
- Landing page designs
- Print collateral
- Social media graphics
- Marketing asset sets

3. Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of design principles
- Digital and print production knowledge
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge (plus but not required)

4. Technical Requirements
- High-speed internet connection (must specify speed in application)
- Computer capable of running design software (must specify specs)
- Reliable power backup solution
