Job Overview:

As an Account Success Manager, you will manage client relationships, secure new business, and ensure clients are delighted with our products and services. This is a full-time, salary-and-bonus position working from 9 AM to 5 PM EST. Product training is provided, but sales expertise is essential.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills; ability to explain complex concepts simply.
• People Skills: Skilled in relationship-building and conducting daily business conversations via phone and web.
• Organization: Strong time management, follow-through, and attention to detail.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
• Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and ROI analysis tools.
• Eagerness to Learn: Open to acquiring product knowledge and improving skills.

Responsibilities:
• Retain and grow client accounts through exceptional service and campaign management.
• Analyze and optimize marketing campaigns to meet performance goals.
• Build strong client relationships with consistent follow-up and communication.
• Educate clients on product benefits and return on investment.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required) in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, or similar roles.
• Proven success in selling tangible products and services.
