POSITION SUMMARY
Join our growing team at Pacific Outdoor Living, based in Sun Valley CA as a 3D Residential Landscape Designer. The purpose of this role is to create quality 3D design presentation packages based on our landscape and architectural designers’ vision. This position plays a crucial role in our experienced Design/Build Company which continues to expand its scope of work.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES:

• Utilize AutoCAD to create quality design presentation packages.
• Utilize AutoCAD to produce sections and construction details per company standards.
• Collaborate closely with designers and estimators to refine and finalize designs swiftly.
• Ability to identify applicable construction standards to designs.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to quickly learn what materials and products we use in construction. (Bellecrete & Angelus etc.)
• Aid in the creation of our CAD Details library to improve areas efficiency.


CAPABILITIES/KEY COMPETENCIES:
• 4+ years of professional AutoCAD experience
• Fast CAD operation.
• Provide CAD portfolio. Completed job photos a plus.
• Knowledge of local plants, space planning, and construction techniques is a plus
• Construction and/or Landscape knowledge
• 3D residential design experience
• Knowledge of local building codes.
• Ability to understand architectural and engineering plans.
