Company Overview
We are a growing digital marketing agency dedicated to providing customized marketing solutions for clients in the residential home improvement industry. Our team’s focus is on creating, launching, and managing video ads to generate leads and calls for residential home improvement companies.

Position Overview

We are seeking a part-time Virtual Assistant with experience in GoHighLevel (GHL) who is motivated to grow with their agency. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical skills and attention to detail, who is ready to take on more hours and responsibilities as the agency scales. You will be the most important tea ---------- mber when it comes to setting up client subaccounts, supporting daily operations, and maintaining the GHL subaccounts and admin.
We are looking for a dedicated individual who’s excited to contribute to the agency’s success and expand their role over time.

Key Responsibilities
1. GoHighLevel (GHL) Onboarding Specialist + Platform Management
- Utilize GHL to onboard and set up new client subaccounts, including A2P verification, subdomain configurations, and other setup tasks (training included).
- Manage integrations, ensuring seamless connections between GHL and external tools like Google Calendar, Facebook Ads, and more.
- Perform daily checks to ensure workflows, automations, and lead pipelines are functioning properly.
Identify and troubleshoot issues such as leads not syncing or workflow errors, flagging and resolving them promptly.
- Proactively monitor system performance and suggest improvements for greater efficiency and results.

2. Administrative Support
- Perform daily data entry tasks to track and ensure the accuracy of client account information.
- Monitor and update client accounts to ensure smooth functioning, including pipeline status, campaign performance, and workflow progress.
- Maintain and organize client records, ensuring all data is current and accurate in GHL and project management tools.
- Compile daily reports on client account performance, flagging any issues or areas for improvement.

3. Content Curation and Management for Ads
- Research and source high-quality, relevant content for video and image ads, ensuring it aligns with the campaign's target audience and goals.
- Organize and upload curated content into designated folders or platforms for creative use.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor ads, and market insights to consistently find fresh and engaging content.

4. Team Collaboration & Communication
- Use Slack for daily communication, updates, and collaboration with the team and management.
- Act as a reliable point of contact for internal queries and maintain professional and clear communication.
- Participate in daily check-ins with the agency owner and managers to provide updates, address challenges, and confirm priorities.

5. Support Agency Growth
- Assist with operational tasks such as task tracking, project organization, and process improvement.
- Provide feedback on workflows and suggest areas for operational efficiency.
- Demonstrate leadership skills, with team management experience as a plus, opening opportunities for future growth.

Skills & Qualifications
- *Required* GoHighLevel Expertise: Minimum of 1 year of experience working within and managing GHL, including setup, troubleshooting, and integrations at an agency level.
- *Required* Administrative Skills: Proven ability to handle daily data entry and ensure accuracy across multiple client accounts. - Attention to detail is essential.
- Content Sourcing: Strong ability to identify and organize high-quality content for ad creatives.
- Communication Proficiency: Experience using Slack for team collaboration and providing updates. Strong written and verbal communication is essential.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp is preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
- Team management or leadership experience (ideal for growth opportunities).

Skills & Qualifications
- GHL Experience: Solid experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) is required, as you will be handling various tasks on the platform, including client setup, troubleshooting, and basic technical adjustments.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Experience with project management tools like ClickUp is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrated accuracy in managing onboarding and administrative tasks, ensuring client needs are consistently met.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, managing both repetitive and more complex tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
- Experience onboarding clients in an agency environment.
- Experience working in English.
- Familiarity with ClickUp or other project management tools.

Work Hours & Compensation
- Part-time role with potential for increased hours; 20-25 hours per week to start (10:00 AM to 3:00 PM EST preferred).
- Hours are VERY likely to increase within 30-60 days into a full time role if responsibilities are met.

Compensation: $500 to $870 per month, depending on experience and skills.
