Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Develop and implement social media strategies across all platforms
Create, schedule, and publish content (posts, stories, reels, etc.) tailored to each platform’s audience and trends.
Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage customer inquiries and feedback across social media channels.
Track social media trends, influencer partnerships, and new features to ensure the brand stays current and relevant.
Content Creation & Strategy:
Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-quality content (images, videos, copy) that aligns with the brand voice and appeals to the target audience.
Write compelling captions, blog posts,
Plan and execute photo shoots, product launches, and promotional events in collaboration with the creative and product teams.
Digital Marketing Campaigns:
Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads,

Analyze campaign performance and use data insights to optimize future campaigns and strategies.
Brand Management & Community Engagement:
Maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Build and nurture an online community of followers, encouraging interaction and user-generated content.
Collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and affiliates to amplify the brand’s reach.
Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor, analyze, and report on social media metrics, website traffic, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
Provide regular updates to the management team on campaign performance and ROI.
Use data insights to improve social media engagement, content strategies, and marketing efforts.
Collaboration & Coordination:
Work closely with the e-commerce, design, and product teams to ensure all marketing campaigns are aligned with the overall business strategy.
