Skip Tracing Deceased Relatives & Heirs (I only hire THE BEST OF THE BEST, and I'm willing to pay for it)

I'm looking for THE BEST OF THE BEST skip tracer. I'm willing to pay more for accuracy of 80% and higher. I PAY BIG BONUSES FOR ACCURATE DATA THAT LEADS TO CLOSED CONTRACTS. I know many other investors want to find the cheapest person and the cheapest price. I'm willing to go above and beyond once you prove to me you are the absolute best skip tracer with HIGH accuracy rates.

Most other investors simply focus on foreclosures. In my business I focus on a subset: Deceased people whose houses are in foreclosure. So the data I need back from you is not as simple as: "here's a spreadsheet, fill in the missing cells". It takes more work than that because the spreadsheet I'll send you has the deceased person's basic info (name & address) and then you have to go get the names and contact info for their relatives and add a line to the spreadsheet for each relative.

I specifically only want to find their sons and daughters, no one else.

You will not be skip tracing hundreds or thousands of leads at a time. Just a very specific, smaller set that you have to manually add the results onto a spreadsheet.

I pay big bonuses for accurate data that leads to contracts. Here's how the pay works:

- You and I will negotiate an amount per skip provided or some other method of payment we are both comfortable with
- For any properties where we were able to make contact with the person you provided, and then get a closed contract, you will receive a $500 bonus when it closes!

You'll need to have 80% or higher accuracy in terms of both finding the RIGHT people and providing the RIGHT numbers for those people. This sentence here isn't about the job, this is to make sure you're reading the entire post so I can ignore spam responses. - Phone number
- Relationship to the deceased person (son? Daughter? Etc...)

Fluent English is critical. You also must be ok with video chatting on zoom or FaceTime.
