JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to help manage and optimize our data reporting and visualization processes. The ideal candidate will have a broad skill set, including experience with data visualization tools, knowledge of database structures, and the ability to create, update, and automate datasets and dashboards. Preference will be given to candidates familiar with SuperSet and Amazon Web Services (AWS) tools.

This role is critical for supporting our reporting needs, including creating data visualizations, maintaining up-to-date datasets, and ensuring accuracy and automation in our reporting pipeline.

Responsibilities include:
- Create, update, and maintain datasets.
- Work with database structures, data normalization, and merging data from various sources.
- Schedule regular updates for datasets and associated dashboards.
- Design and develop dashboards and reports to deliver insights effectively using tools like SuperSet (preferred), Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio.
- Ensure clarity, accuracy, and timeliness in data reporting.
- Support integration of datasets and dashboards into broader applications (where applicable).
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align reporting and data strategies with business goals.
- Assist with learning curve transitions and training for stakeholders as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Excellent English
- Proficiency with at least one major Data Visualization Platform: SuperSet (preferred), Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, Qlik, or Zoho Analytics.
- Strong understanding of database structures, including experience with data normalization and data merging.
- Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS) tools: AWS Database suite, AWS DataZone, SageMaker, QuickSight, or similar.
- Experience automating updates for datasets and visualizations.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize data workflows for accuracy and performance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to convert raw data into actionable insights.
- Experience working with cloud environments, particularly AWS.
- Prior experience managing reporting projects with short learning curves and strict timelines.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Background in supporting reporting integration into applications is a plus (not required).
